DEEP LISTENING MEDITATION GROUP invites you to come together in silence every Tues. at 11:30 am-12:30 pm in Room 150. This group is for people who are starting a meditation practice, or are in practice or want to stay in practice. We will explore rich and diverse traditions of meditation in the first 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of silence and 15 minutes where we collectively hold a space of deep listening for those who choose to share personal reflections on the meditation experience. This group will be guided by Jean Joklik, a trained facilitator of Centering Prayer and a practitioner of many forms of meditation for the last 25 years. Questions?
