The focus of UUCC’s June 7th First Friday event will be Food — both food insecurity and plant-based eating. As part of our effort to help members eat less meat, the UUCC Climate Change Team plans to provide a vegetarian tasting table, with delicious homemade vegetarian main dishes (along with their recipes) provided by our members.
