As provided by UUCC’s Bylaws Article VIII, Section 4, nominations for elected office will also be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting, “… provided the nominee has consented. The nominee must be given an opportunity to present a brief statement of their qualifications and any other pertinent facts.” If there are no nominations from the floor for any of the positions, no vote will be held for that specific role, and the individual from the slate will be officially installed in that role.
