Sunday Morning Happenings
This past Sunday, we continued our exploration of all things Article II ❤️ and specifically, we deepened our understanding of the value of Interdependence🧩.
During our opening conversation, we realized that we had several kids who were not with us the previous week when we played a game that required our kids to get the entire group over a “fence.” 🚧
The kids who were not there to participate in the game the first time around were amazed to hear that we were able to accomplish our goal, and so we decided to play the game again so that everyone could experience it.

Once we successfully got everyone over the fence, I asked everyone what they noticed about the process 🤔. Several of our kids spoke about the need we have for one another when taking on difficult work and several others noticed that the more we practice together, the better we get at taking on difficult tasks.
We hope to see you Sunday, October 6, when we visit our Nourishing Garden to plant some fall crops. 🥕
Youth Group Sundays
This is a reminder that this Sunday, October 6, is a Youth Group Sunday.
We are in the process of planning our annual community Halloween Party / Haunted House 🎃 and we welcome your help if you are in grades 6-12. See you at 11:30 in the teen room downstairs.
