Multigenerational Service this Sunday, September 1
This Sunday, September 1, will be another multigenerational service! We will gather on Sunday morning at 10am in Sanctuary C to hear from our High School Youth Group about their recent service trip to West Virginia. We hope that it will be a time for our younger kids to connect with our teens and to give them a glimpse into what their future involvement in Hight School Youth Group might look like. We will also be providing a special activity for the kids to help them follow along with and engage with service. We hope to see your family there!

Thank you to those of you who joined us last Sunday for our chat about all things RE (Religious Education). We spent time together experiencing some of the things our kids have been up to in Sunday morning RE and brainstormed what the future of our program might look like. This is the first of several conversations to come and we look forward to hearing your perspectives and building this program together!
Last Sunday morning, we blessed backpacks and work bags for the coming year. If you were not able to make it to service but would like a special charm for your bag (see below), please feel free pick one up in the UUCC staff office or connect with staff member Kelli Danaker.
K/Grade 1 Our Whole Lives (OWL) Sex Education Classes Begin September 15
OWL (Our Whole Lives Sexuality Education) classes for kindergarten and 1st grade students will take place Sundays, September 15-November 10, from 12-1pm. The first class on Sunday, September 15 is a mandatory orientation for both parents and students and will run from 12-2pm.
