Reducing Food Waste
Did you know that in America 40% of all food is wasted? Reducing waste starts with right-sizing the quantities we prepare. To that end, NRDC, a nonprofit with three million members and online climate activists with the expertise of some 700 scientists, lawyers, and policy advocates, has created a GUEST-IMATOR to help cooks estimate food quantities.
