UUCC’s Accessibility & Inclusion Committee welcomes you to the new Disability Social Group: the vibe will be calm and low stress! Join us for our first meeting Thursday, February 20 at 7PM in OBIC room 150. This group is a space for those who have a disability, chronic illness, mental health issues, and/or are neurodivergent. Our goal is to create a community space where we can support each other and have fun! If you cannot make it but are interested, write us (accessibility@uucolumbia.net) and we will add you to our Realm group. We would love your input on structure and frequency.
For our gatherings, masks are strongly encouraged to make it easier for those of us with weak immune systems to feel safe attending. 😷
