A few comments about the survey. First, we’ve noticed a couple of blank pages in the published version. We’re sorry – this was the software messing with us.
Also. the Appendices are very long – they contain lots of source material. Unless you’re really, really interested in their content, you can skip reading them. The actual report is at pp. 3-22. Do yourself a favor and limit your reading.
