Nancy Ambrose King, oboe with Joseph Grimmer, bassoon
Praised in American Record Guide as “marvelously evocative…[with]rapturous sound, second to none,” internationally-renowned oboe soloist and professor at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) School of Music, Nancy Ambrose King offers a recital of works for the oboe, joined by piano and bassoon.
The UUCC Chalice Concert Series brings top-flight classical music performers to the intimate venue of the Owen Brown Interfaith Center. Come enjoy some of the best chamber music Howard County has to offer! Concert proceeds benefit UUCC.
Concerts are held approximately every other month (except in summertime) and begin at 7:00 PM. Stay after the concert for our fabulous gourmet food and wine reception, where you can chat with the performers and other guests.
