Immediately following the climate-themed Sunday Service, the UUCC Climate team will host a Climate Fair in the Sanctuary, with tasty (and climate friendly) snacks and coffee.
Everyone is encouraged to stay, mingle and visit the tables representing some of the climate activities available at UUCC.
This will be a great opportunity to get to know other UUCC members who are also interested in the climate, ask any questions, or suggest activities you’d like to engage in.
The UUCC climate team currently offers a variety of activities that you can do by yourself or in your household (e.g., renewable energy, plant rich diet, reducing food waste and plastics waste, and regenerative landscape), projects we work together on (e.g., Green Sanctuary and Freetown Farm), and advocacy on the larger stage (e.g., reproductive rights and UU Legislative Ministry).
