Book Group Discussion of Fast Food Genocide
by Joel Fuhrman
UUCC member Ed Gaddy believes this is an edgy book with a lot of great information about healthy eating and the effects of food on our society. Please join him in what will be a fun, funny, serious, and possibly controversial discussion about food and the unsuspected parts it plays in our lives. See how our eating intersects with Unitarian Universalism, Christianity, and other religions. Throughout the discussions, Ed will introduce material, authored by African Americans, on the same subject that the book addresses.
