Howard County Pride 2026: Sunday, October 11🌈✨
HoCo Pride is an annual celebration of the Howard County LGBTQIA+ community with vendors, exhibitions, history, food trucks, and performances and this year it’s Sunday, October 11 from 12 to 5PM at Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods (10431 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia).
Allies and members of the LGBTQIA+ community are invited to staff UUCC’s booth to chat with people that stop by about how their day’s going, and about Unitarian Universalism and our congregation and upcoming events. Shifts are available, and help from a person or two would be great for set-up; with a few people needed to help clean-up since we’re tired by the end of the day… multiple folks make light work! We look forward to offering people handmade Pride-themed heart magnets 💖 and glitter blessings as they want ’em.
If you’re attending HoCo Pride and can’t/don’t want to staff UUCC’s booth, that’s cool, we hope you’ll stop by to say hello. 👋
