As a part of UUCC’s search for a new settled minister, we will hold a series of sharing circles for congregants to offer their feedback and reflections on what we need and hope for in a new era of ministry.
These sharing circles will be for groups of 6-12 people, will have a volunteer facilitator and a volunteer note-taker, and will take about 90 minutes. Some will be held in person at OBIC and some will be held on Zoom. Registration will be required for all sharing circle sessions.
The Ministerial Search Committee will develop and publish the questions for these interactive discussions in advance to allow for folks to thoughtfully consider their input.
Background information about this element of the ministerial search process can be found here – https://www.uua.org/careers/ministers/transitions/search-types/search-handbook/search-structure/search-tasks/focus-groups-coordinator
Stay tuned for registration details and discussion questions. We look forward to gathering together soon!
