On this Memorial Day Sunday, The Rev. Anthony Jenkins will lead us in a service contemplating the 442nd Regimental Combat Team – a WWII Army unit composed almost entirely of second-generation Japanese-Americans. Together we’ll consider the unique context of racism and injustice that surrounded them, and their rise to become the most highly decorated unit in US military history.
