Update from Executive Director Search Team

Since early January, the executive director search team, consisting of Stuart TenHoor, Jennie Fitzpatrick, Lorien Haavik, and Rev. Lisa has been working diligently. In consultation with the Board of Trustees, the job description and projected cost of the position were discussed and finalized. Once that was completed, the job announcement was posted on the UUCC website and shared in a number of places, including the UUA jobs board and Indeed.com. Most of the work of this team is “behind the scenes” but rest assured, we hope to have the position filled promptly. The Board of Trustees holds the responsibility for hiring the executive director, so the search team plans to present their top candidate to the board once interviews are complete.
