UUCC’s Women’s Retreat (for women and those who understand themselves to belong in women’s spaces, ages 18+) took place Friday through Sunday, April 19-21, 2024 at Camp Wabanna in Edgewater, MD. 36 people joined us for a long weekend of congregant-led workshops, snacks and meals, chats, music, art, and connection.
Retreat Details
The women’s retreat is a collaborative effort, and its level of meaningfulness depends on all of us that choose to participate. Workshops are led by retreat participants, and we count on all of us to share ourselves and our passion as we can by proposing and leading workshops and/or contributing in other ways over the course of the weekend together. Other ways to support the group include providing snacks, helping with check-in, and more.
