Each month, the Executive Team prepares an incidentals report for the Board of Trustees. These reports cover big picture program and staff updates that are not part of the Board’s work in our policy-based governance model, and are helpful for Board members to know about as congregational leaders.

In January 2026, the Executive Team presented a new administrative structure for the Incidentals report to make it clearer for all parties. Beginning January 2026, all incidentals are named for the month in which the Board Meeting is taking place and relates to UUCC operations the month prior.
