Need an OWL refresher before you head off to Life, whether work or college? Want to brush up on how to communicate with your partner? Have you had a conversation about how you will safely enjoy all that post-high school life has to offer?
Join us for the Pilot HS OWL program! Friday evening, April 20th, through Saturday evening, April 21st.
Our hope is to run HS OWL weekends twice a year, with four themes total (Relationships, Safer Sex, Personal Issues in Sexuality, and Social Justice Issues in Sexuality). If you can attend HS OWL weekends four times over the course of your high school years (grades 10-12, or 14-18 years old), you’ll have made it all the way through the complete program. This spring, we are running the Relationships and Safer Sex themes.

What’s the difference between 8th grade OWL and high school OWL, you ask?
- No more puberty info!
- Even if the same topics are covered, you are in a different place in your lives, so you’ll take in the topics in a different way.
- Your relationships are different now than they were in middle school.
- Your relationships in college will be even more different, so get as ready as you can!
- Honestly, how much do you remember? We saw you closing your eyes, sticking your fingers in your ears, and humming “lalalalala” during class….
Parents must attend a mandatory Parent Orientation for you to attend the weekend. We are offering one orientation in Columbia on Saturday, April 14, 7:00-9:00 pm. A second parent orientation will be offered in Frederick, date and time TBD.
