Homeless Persons’ MEMORIAL DAY
Communities across the country recognize December 21 – the first day of Winter, the longest night of the year –
as a time to honor those who have died while homeless, or having had a history of homelessness.
The Howard County Coordinated System of Homeless Services will host a gathering to acknowledge those lives lost in Howard County.
