Order Forms for Memorial Plaque Nameplates Available Through October 15

You are invited to honor the memory of a loved one by adding their name to the Memorial Plaque on the OBIC patio.

Each nameplate serves as a lasting tribute, while your gift also supports the care and continued growth of our beautiful gardens. Over the years, these gardens have flourished with new plants and trees, creating a peaceful space for reflection and remembrance.

Order forms are available on the table by the exit in the back of sanctuary C on Sundays, in the UUCC staff office downstairs, or you can talk to UUCC member Ann Wing. Completed forms should be returned to OBIC by Wednesday, October 15 so the order can be made in time for nameplates to be added this year.
