OWL for Grades 7-9 Opportunity in Frederick, MD

If you have a student in grades 7-9 and are looking for an Our Whole Lives (OWL) Lifespan Sexuality Education class, we have an opportunity to share with you from the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick. UUCC will be bringing back our OWL classes for this age group during the next congregational year, but if you would like to get in sooner, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.  Please see below!

This spring the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick (UUCF) will be offering Our Whole Lives (OWL) Lifespan Sexuality Education for Grades 7-9. If you have a young person in that age group, we invite you to consider registering. 

Dates

Sundays, March 19 – June 4, 12 to 1:30pm (no class May 28)

  • Opening retreat: Saturday, March 25, 3pm – Sunday, March 26, 6pm 
  • Closing retreat: Saturday, June 3, 3pm – Sunday, June 4, 6pm

  • Fosters healthy relationships, improves decision making
  • Models and teaches self-worth, sexual health, responsibility, justice and inclusivity
