Parenting for Resilience and Inclusion

Parenting for Resilience and Inclusion

Would you like to know more about how to help them grow more resilient, more inclusive, and with a greater sense of belonging? Feel like you’re overwhelmed with advice – or not getting any real help?

Kittamaqundi Community Church will be sponsoring a new group series on Parenting for Resilience and Inclusion this spring. Experienced facilitators will lead the group through difficult topics that are very current in your young person’s life (and yours), and draw out the expert in you.

  • Location: Kittamaqundi Community Church: 5410 Leaf Treader Way, Columbia 21044
  • Dates: Wednesdays: March 18; April 1, 15, 29; May 6, 20; June 3. (You are asked to commit to the whole series, barring unforeseen events.)
  • Time: 6:30 – 8:45 pm
  • Light dinner provided 6:00pm
  • Child care on request

Kittamaqundi Community Church is sponsoring this nonreligious group as a service to our community. All are welcome. All are fully included. Depending on the number of applicants we receive we may have to be selective with who we choose for this series. If that happens, we want  pick the most diverse, committed pool of people to ensure we have a wealth of divergent viewpoints and experiences.

You will need to fill out the application form by clicking here. The deadline is March 9, but earlier replies would help us tailor the course most effectively.
