We are assembling a Personnel Advisory Committee for UUCC and welcome anyone who may be interested in joining!
The goal of this committee is to support the Executive Team in an advisory capacity. Potential responsibilities could include: reviewing and revising our personnel manual; monitoring staff evaluation tools to make sure they are fair, equitable, and inclusive; assisting in reviewing benefits; helping to answer thorny questions about benefits when they arise; etc.
A special bonus would be if you have a background in HR, staffing, insurance, or law, or if you have hired, supervised, or managed people or organizations before.
