On Sunday, May 28, we will welcome worshippers to UUCC at 10am for coffee and a short service in Sanctuary C. At 10:15am we will stream via Zoom the prelude music + worship service from All Souls Church Unitarian in Washington, DC. Their service will begin at 10:30am and end around 11:45am.
Rev. Bill Sinkford will lead the worship service, with music provided by Rochelle Rice and All Souls’ Black American Music Ensemble. Rev. Sinkford’s sermon will be titled “Bless All Who Serve.” Service to our nation. Service to our neighbors. Service to ourselves. We will take time for gratitude. But also to remember our privilege. And time to understand that we can best serve others when our own needs have been met.
