For the month of July, UUCC will join other congregations in the DC metro area in a UU July Worship Series: Preaching Along the Potomac. Gather at the Owen Brown Interfaith Center at 10am on Sunday mornings, as usual, for coffee and donuts, group activities for all ages, and time for connecting with one another on the patio or in Sanctuary B. Worship will begin at 10:30am.

Service Description — July 17
Join Rev. Nancy McDonald Ladd, from River Road Unitarian Universalist Congregation (Bethesda, MD) for a service entitled, “Be Not Afraid.” How can we build a bold and prophetic faith that doesn’t pander to the selling-power of fear in an already frightening world?
