Be a Social Hour ANGEL🪽

Thanks to all who have signed up to help keep our Sunday social hour running smoothly. Making coffee, snacks, and cleaning up are all critical needs. Thinking of signing up to help but still wary of using that new coffeemaker or the dishwasher?? Don’t worry. We’ll be there for you! Each new helper will be paired with an experienced UUer who can show you the ropes. We’ll even be doing 10 minute dishwasher demos — so you can be ready to help at coffee hour — or that next social event that you are planning.

But there are other ways to be an Angel—Be a SPONSOR. UUCC DOES NOT PROVIDE FUNDS for our coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and supplies. Our volunteers have been footing the bill for years. You can be a Social Hour Sponsor for $30—which will cover all the supplies for one week. If each person at social hour sponsors one week we would easily cover costs. $30 for a year of coffee! What a bargain! You can pay on Realm (select DONATION from the drop-down menu) or write a check made out to UUCC (for each put “social hour” in the memo).
