SPECIAL COLLECTION ON SEPTEMBER 15TH FOR UUSC DISASTER RELIEF IN THE BAHAMAS

SPECIAL COLLECTION ON SEPTEMBER 15TH FOR UUSC DISASTER RELIEF IN THE BAHAMAS

On September 1st, Hurricane Dorian’s powerful winds and storm surges devastated the Abaco Islands of the Bahamas, leaving thousands homeless and thousands are feared dead. The Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) has established a disaster relief fund to respond to this crisis. Your generous contributions will enable UUSC to direct its funds to grassroots partners who focus on those whose access to aid is most limited.  The collections during UUCC’s services on September 15th will be donated to UUSC’s disaster relief fund for the Bahamas.  For more information about the UU Service Committee and its mission to advance human rights worldwide, please visit their website, UUSC.org.
